Create and maintain detailed Business Analysis procedures and processes Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects Participate in QA Triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience in the Banking regulatory environment is mandatory
