Job Description

Examine the current rating system to comprehend how premiums are calculated and pinpoint areas for improvement. Convert business requirements into precise, succinct specifications for rating models and systems.Collaborate closely with underwriters, actuaries, data analysts, and Guidewire developers to create detailed documentation of business requirements and system functionalities.Communicate optimally with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Assist in defining and executing test plans for system changes.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.Support continuous improvement initiatives for rating processes.

Job Skill

  • Solid understanding of rating systems, premium calculation, and insurance products.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).

Requirements
