Solid relevant experience as business analyst or in business intelligence Solid experience understanding customer experience, user stories, and requirements Track record of delivering project results to external customers Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement to enable aligned goals Experience leading customer workshops in-person or virtually Has demonstrated success in working with digital projects in renewable energy Experience working in global companies and in culturally ambiguous situations Integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with a willingness to stretch yourself outside typical role boundaries

• Understanding of commercial / business drivers across the renewable energy value chain Knowledge of renewable technologies, a plus Project management fundamentals (i.e.. PRINCE2, ITIL, etc)

• Experience speaking and presenting ideas in front of customer groups of various sizes Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to execute. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to visually represent thoughts and information (presentation, Visio, etc.) Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making Intellectual curiosity paired with a high growth-mindset Strong influencing skills, with a reputation for getting things done effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and effectively influence at all levels of an organisation Strong written and oral communication skills Multilingual is a plus
