Support the business and stakeholders to write detailed and clear user stories, and map processes. As directed by the Project Manager, use the appropriate methodologies to help stakeholders define a problem, to analyse, identify and quantify root causes, support Operations teams to design and implement solutions. Identify areas for improvement through data-driven analysis and create processes to monitor Key Performance Indicators to help the business measure impact and ensure improvements are sustained. Contribute to the coaching and influencing of employees in understanding and applying the standards and approach to process analysis to sustaining a beneficial Lean culture within UK Operations and UK Change.
