Using a variety of different databases and information sources, support the generation of market and research data analysis to support strategic industry engagement and the development of marketing offersManage the process of industry enquiries; ensure the efficient assignment of enquiries to relevant team members so that companies can be responded to promptly. Support companies to navigate the NIHR and wider UK research system through company engagement; understanding their products and research needs, identifying expertise and resource across the system and then making the relevant introductions to the business. Ensure all enquiries and resulting opportunities are tracked, along with their outcomes, using the CRM system and relevant trackers. Lead on delivery of various projects / initiatives when required, ensuring alignment around timelines and deliverables is maintained with management throughoutSupport the NIHR BD team to accurately measure and report KPIs and supporting metrics in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of data. Attend exhibitions and conferences when required to identify new industry opportunities as well as build up expertise around the research system, technologies and health. Support in the setup and running of NIHR events.
