Develop a deep understanding of Bamboo Health’s products, markets, and customers, with a specific focus on Controlled Substance data.Act as the primary product contact for clients, emphasizing reporting deliverables.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs, balancing external stakeholder voices with Bamboo Health’s strategic initiatives and agreed Statements of Work (SOW).Utilize Jira to create, manage, and track tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient progress.Create and maintain thorough internal and external product documentation, including user guides and data dictionaries.Present draft and final reports to external stakeholders, clearly explaining the decisions and rationale behind them.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure features meet defined requirements and standards.Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on new product features and functionalities.Work with the Product Manager to manage and prioritize the backlog, articulating prioritization factors and highlighting concerns about missed deliverables.Dedicate most of your time to scoping and delivering reporting deliverables that align with the product roadmap, strategic direction, and existing SOW.

• A four-year degree in a related field with a strong interest in data-driven problem-solving, or professional experience in product management with a focus on data-driven healthcare solutions.2 years of professional experience in product management or product ownership, demonstrating an ability to understand and develop data-driven solutions.Hands-on experience with data interpretation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tables.Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages is preferred.Proficiency in product development processes and tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.Experience in creating and maintaining product documentation and conducting user acceptance testing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to launch, with experience in developing and articulating product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.High level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in solving problems that require original and innovative solutions.Ability to take initiative and work independently, effectively managing tasks and driving projects forward without constant oversight.A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions.
