Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing Experience in Media/advertising and/or Software as a service preferred Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering Comfortable communicating with clients and vendors about related topics Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts Experience with Jira or similar time/project management programs Some experience managing website development, including strategy, sitemaps, user flows/journeys, wireframes, design and development Extremely organized with keen attention to detail Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical and strategic thinking skills

  • Post Go-live Support & Enhancement request management Manage quarterly customer feedback sessions Foster partner enablement Schedule & lead customer facing training & enablement calls
