(e.g., Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide [PAPPG] version 4) Interact with client staff, consultants, staff members and strategic partners to provide effective program management services Monitor daily project progress and performance metrics (not to exceeds and burn rates) Provide regular client and company communication of program management issues. • Ability to travel to other project areas for extended periods of time. A bachelor’s degree, preferred. Familiarity with disaster recovery, surveying, construction, emergency management, public safety. Experience in managing and training groups of employees utilizing multiple consultants/staff in various locations. Ability to manage multiple employees from various subcontractors. Ability to manage the dynamic deployment of debris crews and monitors to multiple locations throughout a municipality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized with a high-level of attention to detail. PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required (specifically strong Excel skills) Ability to interact with homeowners and resolve issues.
