Job Description

Collect and document business and functional requirements through interactions with business users and stakeholders. Identify and analyze data quality gaps and propose solutions to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Design and document business use cases, detailing the necessary functionality and requirements. Prepare test data, develop UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test cases, and assist in basic manual testing. Utilize JIRA software to track project progress and manage requirements effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and use cases. Work within Agile and Scrum frameworks to support iterative development and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders to understand and document their needs. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to business processes and system functionality.

Job Skill

  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion or SmartView for financial planning and analysis. Basic knowledge of MS Visio for creating process diagrams and flowcharts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of gathering and documenting requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with business users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to interpret and analyze complex data. Experience in documenting business and functional requirements, use cases, and test cases. Proficiency in using JIRA software for project management and requirement tracking. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
