Collaborate with Product Owners to understand outcomes for a product release and translate them into business requirements for Policy, Billing & Claims. Product Business Requirements to be developed considering the industry requirements and validated by research. Requirements to be documented as features & user stories for the corresponding feature. Additional details including end to end business scenarios, user interface mockups and integration points should be included as collaterals. Develop and document functional specifications and use cases Work with developers to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements Collaborate with QA team to ensure that test cases and scripts cover business requirements Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements Support issue analysis/triaging and provide fixes during test phases, as well as production issue resolution to ensure key Product SLAs are met. Support project management and participate in project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution Maintain strong knowledge of life insurance policy administration systems, industry trends, and emerging technologies Work with product owners and solution architects to define the scope of configuration and estimate the efforts & duration to complete the configuration Take ownership while working in a SAFe Agile model with other BA’s, Architects to ensure that the end business & performance goals are met. Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audience / customer.
