Job Description

Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. Conduct thorough process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization. Work collaboratively with IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts, use-case diagrams, and user stories. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions. Create clear and compelling presentations to communicate complex business information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay up to date on industry best practices and methodologies for business analysis. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of data in applications. Implement Objective Key Results to measure the performance and impact of AI and automation solutions & regularly report on the progress and success of AI initiatives to the Head of Data office.

Job Skill

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business process modelling tools like ARIS, etc (desirable).

Requirements

  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or) equivalent experience. Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and define business problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to document complex processes and translate business needs into technical requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business process modelling tools like ARIS, etc (desirable). Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (desirable).
