• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data Ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

• Technical Skills: Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and advanced Excel Understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights Ability to covert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization Ability to create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI/Tableau Able to articulate the key performance indicators (KPIs) in RCM vertical with clear objectives, create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency.
