• 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or CPG sectors. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and administration. Functional expertise in Salesforce, including configuration and SF admin-related activities. Experience in dealer management or order management within Salesforce. Candidates with experience in manufacturing cloud or relevant projects with clients in the specified sectors will be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator).
